Metadata support

The metadata can be customized within SAP® using a graphical interface to drag & drop the customizing relations. No developments are required to define the meta data which will be send to Azure®. You can update the meta data in realtime, you can schedule a job in SAP® or you can manage the update in own responsibility.

Container and Blobs

Create n-Container based on the SAP® Document. Each Container can contain unlimited documents. The files will be saved as Blobs in the Containers and can contain MetaData based on your Customizing. It is easy customizable and easy to setup.

Viewing & Security

View your documents within the SAP® Window or directly in Azure® Storage. We also support custom URLs for viewing your documents. SAP® * document class is also supported as well as defined document classes like PDF or TIF and others.

S/4 HANA and backward compatibility

Our Azure® Storage Blob connector is compatible with all Netweaver based SAP® releases, including SAP® Business Objects and FIORI. It is also compatible with SAP PLM Document Info Records. Access your SAP® files in Azure®

Your documents will be saved in Azure® as backend system and you can also save index information belonging to each file within Azure®. With this information you will be able to find your files not only in SAP® - you can then search for your files also in Azure®. We also provide a Config-Wizard and all tools that are required to update your meta data.

    We support to install the connector locally in onPremise environments.

Why do we process your data (purpose of the processing) and what is the legal basis?

We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Data Protection Act (BDSG). We process personal data to fulfil contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6(1), Subparagraph 1 GDPR. This includes to communicate with you, to process your order, to process your inquiry, to the extent that an ongoing business relationship with you or your employer already exists, or if we desire to establish such a relationship (business contacts). How long are your data stored?

Your personal data is erased as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes stated. Your personal data are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the specified purposes.
