Metadaten integriert

Sie können die Metadaten optional innerhalb von SAP® mit einem Designer auf Basis von drag & drop zusammenstellen. Keine kundenspezifischen Anpassungen sind mehr notwendig, was die Funktion einzigartig macht. Sie können die Metadaten in Azure® wahlweise in Echtzeit also Synchron oder auch Asynchron aktualisieren. So haben Sie jederzeit den Überblick über Ihre Daten.

Anzeige & Sicherheit

Sie können die Dokumente innerhalb von SAP® wahlweise mit dem ECL Viewer betrachten oder direkt in Azure® online und den dort integrierten Viewer nutzen. Natürlich unterstützen wir auch alle Programme die Sie lokal installiert haben. Mehrer Dokumentenbibliotheken sind ebenfalls möglich, um Dokumente unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen zur Verfügung zu stellen. SAP® * Dokumentenklassen werden genauso wie PDF, TIF und alle anderen Klassen unterstützt.

S/4 HANA und Abwärtskompatibilität

Unsere Schnittstelle für SAP® und Azure® unterstützt sämtliche Versionen und Systeme. Alle Netweaver basierten Systeme werden von uns unterstützt (S/4, Netweaver, Solution Manager, GTS, APO, CRM usw). Wir unterstützen SAP® Business Objekte, SAP PLM Dokumenteninfosätze, WebDynpro, FIORI und alle weiteren Archivobjekte. Zusätzlich bieten wir auch Unterstützung bei der Migration an.

Verwalten Sie SAP® Dateien in Azure®

Ihre Dokumente werden in Azure® als Backend Repository gespeichert, sodass Sie Ihre Dateien in Azure® verwalten und auch dannach suchen können. Eigene Objekte können ebeneso integriert werden.

    Falls Sie die Installation des Connectors nicht selbst übernehmen möchten, bieten wir auch Azure® basierte Instanzen an.

  • OnPremise Unterstützung

    Wir unterstützen sämtliche Umgebungen und Infrastruktur-Strategien.
    Im Regelfall installieren Sie den Connector in Ihrem DataCenter oder lassen diesen durch uns zur Verfügung stellen.

Metadaten Konfiguration

Sie können Ihre Metadaten auf Basis unserer einzigartigen Drag & Drop Funktionalität konfigurieren. Somit können Sie Änderungen selbst vornehmen ohne dass Sie externe Unterstützung oder Entwickler dafür benötigen. Dies ermöglicht Ihnen flexibel und schnell auf geänderte Anforderungen zu reagieren und reduziert den Aufwand für die Einrichtung und Pflege.

  • Business Dokumente

    Wir unterstützen alle Informationen und Metadaten die in Verbindung mit Ihren Business-Dokumenten stehen. Damit können Sie Ihre Dokumente in Azure® anzeigen oder auch filtern (z.B. Kundennummer, Lieferantennummer).

  • FIORI & SAP PLM Support

    Selbstverständlich unterstützen wir auch SAP Dokumenteninfosätze und Attachments z.B. für FIORI.

Why do we process your data (purpose of the processing) and what is the legal basis?

We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Data Protection Act (BDSG). We process personal data to fulfil contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6(1), Subparagraph 1 GDPR. This includes to communicate with you, to process your order, to process your inquiry, to the extent that an ongoing business relationship with you or your employer already exists, or if we desire to establish such a relationship (business contacts). How long are your data stored?

Your personal data is erased as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes stated. Your personal data are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the specified purposes. However, we must sometimes continue to store your data until the retention periods and deadlines set by the legislator or supervisory authorities, which may arise from the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch), Tax Code (Abgabenordnung) or Money Laundering Act (Geldwäschegesetz), expire.
